& PHV Guide

This framework guides evidence-based programming decisions for youth athletes across two intersecting axes: training experience (Foundation 0–2 yrs · Development 2–5 yrs · Performance 5+ yrs) and maturation stage (Pre PHV · Circa PHV · Post PHV). Maturation stage takes priority over training age in all load and injury risk decisions.
